We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen shipping service.
  • Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.
  • If you are a registered customer you can also see the shipping information in your account.

Lost Items

The shipping services will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 20 working days for International orders. Although it is unlikely shipments will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item which may not fit in your post box please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

Return to Sender

Please ensure you provide accurate address details or, if you select a tracked or courier service, please make sure someone will either be available to sign for the delivery or able to collect the parcel from the shipping company within a good time so that your delivery is not returned to us.  If it is returned to us because you have provided the incorrect address or are unable to accept a tracked or courier delivery we will charge for redelivery.
